American Sign Language (ASL)

Faculty Advisor: Greg Propp
Language Assistant: Christina Kim

Christina Kim is a fourth-year undergraduate student in the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) studying biomedical engineering and serving as the Language Assistant for the American Sign Language floor. Christina recently spent her summer participating in the SEAS Policy Internship Program in Washington, D.C. at the National Insitute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases. As a Child of Deaf Adults (CODA), she hopes to combine her background and academic interests to work in the private sector with engineering or medical devices, later attend graduate school, and eventually work in the federal government. Christina is excited to work with the second-ever ASL community in Shea House and host a variety of fun cultural and language-centric events!
