New and Returning Residents:
This year, Shea will have more residents. For others, life at Shea will be a new experience. Please respond to all of your Language Assistant's messages, including any documents they may ask you to read through, before you arrive on campus. You can expect to:
- Practice conversation in the target language with your pod members 4 times a week and each time for a minimum of 30 minutes between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm.
- Participate in 1 hour-long language corners will happen weekly at a mutually agreed upon time.
Move-in dates are managed by Housing and they should be contacted directly if you have any requests/special accommodations.
Since Shea House Dining Service has been discontinued, you do not need to purchase a meal plan in order to participate in Shea House programs.
